The Remote PC Assistance is a useful tool for helping our customers set up email and resolving other simple problems. To begin the Remote PC Assistance, please download this file to your desktop. After the file is finished downloading, click on the icon you just downloaded:

If you see this screen, click Run. Otherwise just continue with the next step.

You will then see this screen come up:

Change the following fields to
the information below:
Address: 66.119.9.222
Password: customer
Login Name: enter your first name
Click OK to continue.

You will see this screen come up. Click OK.

The Tech Support Representative will now assist you with your issues.
Once your issues are resolved, you can close the Remote PC Assistance tool to disconnect.
Right click the InstantVNC icon in the system tray and click Exit.
